I have now emailed my issue to the Chief Executive as you lot reccomended.

I have also emailed the quality assurance department:

quality.assurance@vodafone.co.uk - as collections just gave me that as another point of contact.

Also collections confirmed again that i have been faxing the correct number

I have also stated in the email to quality assurance that i have also esculated this issue to the Chief Executive, to see if this gets any action.

Not sure how long i can stand being ignored for on this subject

Yeah will do that. For the moment i want to plug away to at least get some form of response, then if they do reply with a blanket "No we arent removing it".. I can go further with it if they don't reply.. Think it's best to wait 8 weeks so i've reached a dead end in the Ombudsman eyes, then can start movement on all those things.

Thanks so..

So far..

- Ombudsman
- Ofcom
- Watchdog

Anyone else i should forward my issue to if the 8 weeks expires or Vodafone tell me to shove off?

Oh my word...

I just got a call from somebody at the Directors office, saying that they had received my email that i sent to the CEO.

They just wanted to let me know that somebody will be calling me tomorrow regarding it.. That's right.. A phone call.. No short email.. A nice personal phone call made to me, with somebody telling me whats going on / going to happen..

Now that is some decisive action lol - i'm not just incredibly impressed by this.. But absolutely shocked that they've gotten back to me so quickly, especially as i only sent the email yesterday!

Emails to the CEO department always get picked up straightaway by a member of their team so I'd thoroughly recommend doing that every time!
T-Mobile Default - Default removed thanks to CISAS intervention!
Magic Loans / Nemo Personal Finance PPI - Awaiting FSCS decision
Paragon Personal Finance PPI - Awaiting FOS

It get usually gets a response. I would warn against 'doing every time' as suggested above though. The CEO office (or Exec office in some networks) only has a very few staff and if everyone tries to contract them every time something goes wrong they'll soon be swamped. They should be an avenue of last resort only.

The record has now been removed from my credit report :j

Thank... God...

Looks like emailing the CEO as a last resort really does get action :D
• JUST WANTED TO SAY "CONGRATULATIONS" ON WINNING THROUGH WITH VODAFONE. I TRIED AND TRIED AND TRIED BUT STILL HAVEN'T WON THROUGH. I ALSO WANTED TO POINT OUT THAT I HAVE A RECORDED CALL IN WHICH I AM TOLD, AFTER WEEKS AND WEEKS OF SENDING AND RESENDING FAXES TO A NUMBER THEY PROVIDED AND ADDRESSED TO "ESTHER STAPLES" A CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY TOLD ME THAT "ESTHER STAPLES" DOES NOT EVEN EXIST AND IS A MADE-UP NAME. ITS PROB AN ANAGRAM BUT i CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO EVEN TRY. I CANNOT BEAR TO EVEN HEAR THE WORD "VODAFONE" AND SWITCH OVER IMMEDIATELT WHEN AN ADVERT COMES ON. THEY HAVE RUINED MY LIFE AND THAT OF MY PARTNERS AND SO SPOILT A PERIOD IN MY LIFE WHEN I SHOULD BE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE BIRTH OF MY BABY AND MOVING INTO MY NEW HOUSE. I AM NOW STUCK IN HOSPITAL AND I AM SURE IT IS DUE TO THE STRESS OF TRYING TO DEAL WITH THEM AND MAKE THEM SEE REASON. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
