You do realise that this thread is from 6 years ago, and last replied almost 3 years ago, don't you?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

Their office isn't in Fishergate and that address only ever represented a mail drop. The Post Office is well aware of their street address.
