Just popping in for an update for the end of the month.

I've done quite well this month - bought a couple of Lush bathbombs and not much else. Nearly all the shampoo we had has been used up, so apart from a couple of bottles standing upside down with one or two more uses left, I'm down to half a bottle of Kerastase and about half a litre of Aveda Blue Malva.

Used up half a Lush Happy bubble bar yesterday. WIBA? Yes, but it's usually only available online as it's a retro product. Love the neroli fragrance and the touch of sandalwood. Downside is they can be a bit hard, and they seem to get even harder after just a couple of days, so if you get one of these use it straightaway.

sorry girls didn't mean you to encourage you to start buying it!! lol but it does work for me so i hope you get on with it, and a tub does last a while :)

another UU - A BS Mango body lotion - WIBA yes only if i can find a lid to stop it drying out....the pump stopped working no matter what i did after i got to the last 2 fingers depth at the bottom of the bottle, and i had to take it out (and didn't want to keep inserting and taking it out just to use). I have plenty more in my stash anyways so won't need to for a while. Going to use either a Moringa Body Milk Spray now or the Coconut one..but have packed body butters for my holiday

I done PYNW last night, i had painted them on monday morning, just a quick 1 coat of a reddy coal no 7 shade but it had chipped quite badly so took it off and applied a George Coral Pink (bit more 'shocking'/fluro but not tooo much, complicated shade!) i really like this colour but when it dries, it dries matt like a stain rather than a gloss? so will need to paint a clear coat on top. Also it's quite a sheer colour but its only a cheap varnish (although the only one of the range that i have which goes like this)

I also played about with one of the henna cones, forgot how fiddly it can be! ahh good job i made sure i had drawn the design on before i went over it with the henna!

have a good day girls :)

Johnson's Dreamy Skin moisturiser (in the tub) WIBA YESSSSS I can't stand lavender fragrance as it gives me a headache and makes me feel ill, and this is the only 'relaxing' product that doesn't contain it! It contains moonflower instead and is so light and glorious in it's fragrance I wear it during the day sometime too. It's very moisturising like a butter but light enough like a lotion (its a bit like a whipped lotion, half way between the two IYSWIM). And I have a £2 johnson's voucher floating around so will have to see where it is on offer to buy some more (this is allowed as it does seem helps me sleep! Think i've just jinxed myself there :rotfl: )
That sounds really nice and your review has really made me want to try it! :)

    Me too!

Two use ups from me, both sample size moisturisers:
Clarins Hydra Matte lotion. WIBA? No - nothing special at all in terms of keeping skin matt, and didn't feel like it moisturised loads either.
Liz Earle Skin Repair moisturiser. WIBA? No - smelled off when I opened it, so it got binned rather than used, but think I tried it before and wasn't too impressed, hence leaving it... Wouldn't bother trying to find another sample to try it again.

When I did the whole Clinique package thing I told the SA that this moisturiser just wasn't doing it for me. She said that you are suppose to follow it with one of their night creams. She went on about the DDM was only to replace what had been removed by cleansing. Talk about overload.

What, so you're supposed to moisturise then moisturise again?! That's ridiculous. Now I definitely won't be buying it again!

I don't know why the SA said that - that's nonsense. It's a moisturiser! I use it day and night and it's perfect for my skin. Sounds like it just doesn't suit you, and the SA was trying to get an extra sale by making stuff up rather than admitting it wasn't right for you?!
