Hi all, sorry I've not had time to catch up but thanks to Solvent for excellent synopsis.

I had another nsd yesterday thanks to the lovely gentleman friend who took me out for champagne drinkies by the Thames last night and then bought me 2 pints of milk on the way home as my daughter had been around and helped herself to the last of my milk.

Who says romance is dead 00020239.gif

Today I did my shopping for the week so not a no spend day. I think tomorrow and Friday will be nsds though.

Hope everyone is enjoying celebrating the England win and the sunshine.

I managed number 18 today so I think I can now have a dancing banana companion for the pony :) 4 days left until pay day for us so I could technically manage another couple of days so can I extend my total to 20 please Spoon yes4.gif

Lovely day here today got loads of housework done and ironed 2 weeks worth of shirts, seem to have got my mojo back, meal plan is working out even if I'm mixing things around, still got a little left in the shopping budget and should hopefully come in under budget and I'm getting more done hurrah!

    exactly, cw... you've been a good girl:D:D
    [/FONT]
depends on where you live I guess, 'cos it doesn't taste the same here. I'm in the process of weaning myself off bottled stuff (when I'm not drinking tea), which for me means nasty tap water instead of a 50/50 mix of flavoured and plain bottled stuff.

That's true, but I don't live that far from you and our water is fine -that's strange

    Well done Spoon :T
    Ahh, thanks:o:o

Good morning, didn't have time to log on yesterday but did read spoonys great update.
    Thanks, glad you like them:D

Didn't think yesterday would be a nsd as DD came over to do a little job for me in the morning and finished the last of my milk grrrrrr. Thankfully though, kind gentleman friend who took me out to drink champagne at a hotel bar by the docks paid for the milk I had to stop off to buy. So yes another nsd for Moneypenny. Expecting today to be one too.

Oooh, sounds lovely moneypenny, I wish someone would take me out to drink champagne........ Hope you had a good time:D

herby - those lavender truffles sound fab. I love lavender, but have never had much success growing it. I think it's been too wet the last few summers here and the plants have not liked it!
I do aromatherapy and use lavender oil a lot! I enjoyed your post though - your enthusiasm shines through! Maybe you should have a herby thread for all things "herbalicious"!:)
    I think that's a great idea, jintyb.

There you are, herby, idea for a shiny new thread somewhere on here - how about it?
Hmmm did think i was a bit dramatic, so i'll go with what you said, has definitely changed my lifestyle!! :D
Well done for 18, thats brilliant!! :T
It certainly has, BDINI, there's a marked difference in you since you started posting on here:T

    And thanks, much appreciated:A

    BigMumma,
Much though I love your posts - this one has got me totally baffled:o:o

I can't work out whether you've made your total and want to increase it by another 4, or whether you just want to increase it by another 4. I would hate to deny you your pony, so just wanted to check.

Sorry if I'm being dim but it's late and I've had a long day (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it:p)

    cheers

Forgive me oh mighty solventspoon for I have sinned - I nought a new breadmaker with some £ my mum sent me as ours killed itself last week. Resisted all the other shiny things in the shop but NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED the breadmaker. Am unable to mke the 20 target now but hopefully wont be too far off

LOL I thought breadmakers were the most common thing found on freecycle 00020468.gif

I've got one that I absolutly love but I can't use it as I'm trying to lose 5 1/2 stones (3 1/2 gone thanks to the wonderful and free sparkpeople site) Quite simply if I bake bread I eat it and bread is my downfall. Though I do occasionally use the breadmaker when I have friends coming over for dinner and want to impress them. Otherwise it lives in the cupboard in the bedroom and I make do with one loaf of Tesco finest multigrain bread per week. 000203FB.gif

Morning everyone! Hope youre all well today!

Just getting prepared to do a little grocery shop and trip to post office. Shouldnt be a big spend tho!

Sadly, I cannot report a NSD for yesterday as my friend from work who was treating me had a sudden bereavement yesterday morning. I feel terrible for her as she had a terrible shock.

I bought my lunch for the first time for ages as I always take a packed lunch. It made me realise (again) just how much I save just by doing this - £1.79 for a tuna roll out of Greggs and 89p for a can of Irn BrU - BLOOMIN OUTRAGEOUS:mad::mad::mad: What a profit they must make!!

    OK - rant over!!

    Have a lovely day everyone:)
