Shouldn't that be for £5.99 not £2?
Purchase price £23.99 minus £15 minus £3 = £5.99. Still cheap, I know, but just checking I've understood this correctly as maths is not a strong subject for me0 -

On the sums given you would be correct.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

Call/contact/whatever centres through and through - worse still now they're often operated by an outside company, often not in UK!
(This is not the case with Virgin, who have their own centres in the UK - at present.)0 -
looks like it still works.0

Was going to take advantage of the original offer without your master plan, but I tried it and IT WORKS..
What's more, using GreasyPalm, you can get 3.5% cashback
So, my deal was -
Siemens A60 @ £23.99
Includes £5 on sim and extra £20 vouher = £25 credit
84p in cashback
So the £25 worth of call credit will really cost £23.15and I effectively get the phone for FREE
Cheers to the OP and to stub451
Many thanks Stub and OP. Pity it's not easy to unlock, but hey, it's free0 -
Thanks greytroot for the original post. Got a Nokia 1100 for £23.99. Keep as spare phone, but same battery as other phone, Nokia 6600, so maybe a spare battery when airtime used.\o/ \o/ \o/ \o/ \o/Wise Men Still Seek Him!0

Hi,
I've placed an order for the Virgin Samsung mobile and this page advertising accessories (including a battery charger) came up as I was going through checkout. Just to be sure, can someone please confirm that the mobile package WILL include a battery charger & hands-free set and that I don't actually need to buy one separately?? Thanks!!0 -
Lychee, which Samsung was it? I think they all come with those bits. E.g. http://www.virginmobile.com/mobile/cms/view-page?page=SAM-STD-X450-1 says:SAMSUNG X450
Includes a joining pack with SIM, a Samsung handsfree headset, battery, charger and free delivery. We'll do our best to deliver to your door within 24 hours.0 -
I have bought a few phones using this now and it really is a great deal!
I would just like to point out that the sim cards may actually be worth quite a bit!
I got 2 with the numbers:
07**33333*3
07**3333 321
And today got: 07**3333*99
These are called gold numbers, and are worth more as people like to buy them for businesses or just personal use!
The first 2 are already on ebay and one recieved an offer of £20 withing 10 hours (on a 10 day listing) although I am confident I will earn more than this.
It's all about luck - but it might be worth checking to see whether you have a gold number!0
