Spent yesterday afternoon assembling our shed with DH. Just got to put the felt on the roof and it'll be finished. Could only do it when DD2 was asleep in the afternoon then had to stop until the girls went to bed. Managed to do a bit more but it got dark so had to stop. Unfortunately it rained this morning so didn't want to felt the roof until the wood dried completely.
Other than that I've done mountains of ironing and ran 3 miles yesterday morning. Planning on doing 6 miles tonight and putting a few things on ebay too.
I'll post a list...not to finish things tonight but to see what definately needs doing first next week.

My mum and dad divorced when I was 6, and it wasnt my dad who did the bad-mouthing, it was my Mum.
Same here - it's my mum that does the bad-mouthing and she walked out on my dad 12 years ago and then divorced him 4 years ago. She said some awful things and tried to make us take sides. (She first asked me to leave with her when I was 17!).
To listen to her sometimes, you'd think she was forced at gunpoint to marry my dad and stay with him for 35 years!
She really copped when I told her dad and I were going to Belfast  I mean she's only been to Kenya, New York, Milan, Copenhagen, etc., and on a Caribbean cruise in the past 3 years!
Dad said to say she could come with us :rotfl::rotfl:

Hello I am also a childminder and this thread is brilliant.
I have always had a fairly tidy downstairs to my house (ready for parents visiting) but now my upstairs is also clean and tidy. And as Of today I have a fully functioning craft room instead of a small bedroom used for dumping junk in:wave: Kate :hello:0 -

Provided you got a C or above in Maths and English, which you need for so many things now.
she's already got those!!! and better!!cyclingyorkie wrote: »we do the edxecel maths and it's tomorrow afternoon.
English seemed fine apart from failing to turn over the page and therefore not discovering a 3rd poetry question!:o but half the year did that!
Like I said before - born in the chinese year of the awkward child! Would get an A* for facebook and f"£$%^g around!
Mine managed all the questions she says.. unless she missed it entirely lol.. I'll go check what she has tomorrow... yep.. maths tomorrow afternoon.. and english the mornign after..
She already has an A in maths and the english is a forced resit.. we had told the school she didn't want to do it but her pig of a head of year 'accidentally' entered her for it because SHE wants her to have an A*.. despite the pressure of the rest of the exams.. I think it is damn unfair and wrote to the head saying if DD chose not to do the exam after we had said she was not to be entered we would NOT be paying the entry fee and they could dock it from HoY's wages!
Jo.... thank you.. if mine was messing about that much I'd simply tell him to bog off and he wasn't seeing them at all.. being reliable and consistent is part of being a parent to fail in those 2 things means you forego the title IMO.
I just want him to stop being so horrible to them and confusing them, for their sake.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
