Morning all, i've started the painting here and the roller broke. This is the second one from the same place so i'll be heading to B&Q soon. Only got half way round the utility room.

Big hugs to everyone. I've read the thread but it's been hard to keep up so hugs to all.:grouphug:

    Right better get sorted...
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

One load of laundry in the machine. Rest sorted, so I hope to process plenty today!

    Chickpeas cooking

    Hoovered everywhere except sitting room.

    Expenses done.

    Massage appointment done (ouch)

One call this afternoon cancelled, so more time for the stuff I'm behind on. Going to print some things out and take them into the garden to see whether that works better...

Hex - enjoy the first day of your new life :D

I need a break now, but have achieved a lot.

I cleared the bedside tables and chest of drawers, dusted them, sorted the stuff that was there and have either rehomed, chucked or put back neatly.

Vacuumed the mattress again as that was where I sorted everything

Vacuumed BR floor, landing, stairs and hall again seeing as I was there.

I wouldn't necessarily say BR is clean and definately not decluttered but it gives me a starting place.

Sorry I didn't come back to start the HHC, I just got on with doing things. Only managed 15 mins before I had to sit down.
I've cleaned the loo, got washing out of the macine, and done some washing up. Need to do more washing up in a mo and hang out the washing. Will try to do that at 12, so join me if you can!

in the HHC I've dusted the whole bedroom, cleaned the window, rehomed loads of gibble (mine and OH's) such as jewellery, hair clips, receipts, tools, empty shopping bags etc, put clothes away, watered my plant, done a binbag dance, and cleared 2 of my hotspots in the bedroom :o Still got another one to clear yet :o. Have also rung the insurance company to find out why they have taken the old amount out, rather than the new reduced amount.

Bedding is drying on the line - can't be bothered to iron the other duvet cover so will just put this one back on when it's dry :p

Looks like next room to attack will be the bathroom....

    HHC ran a bit longer.
    I have...
    Washed up
    Cleared and wiped benches
    Put washing in dryer(damn dog)
    Put WM on again
    Cleared floor
    Gave kids a snack
    Fed dogs and cat

Gonna have a cuppa then do another HHC at 12, then sort some dinner out. Think i'll work on the living room this time.

    Morning everyone!

    Haven't posted much this we
I wonder if I could ask for some sponsorship? I'm doing a parachute jump with others from work  on 13th June in aid of a local hospice (Ashgate) Help for Heroes & the Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust. We are all paying for our own jumps so all the sponsorship will go to the charities.

Hope it is ok that I post this here. If anyone can spare a bit I would be very grateful! Thank you!!
Off to do the bathroom & bedroom, then taking DD to see Sex & the City this afternoon.....
couldn't get more local! - the trees I see over the back (Ashgate Woods) are the trees around the hospice which is in the most beautiful location...

re the Woods - when my BIL was gowing up (eldest of 4, 3 eldest were boys) there used to be 'mysterious fires' in the woods - apparently fire brigade would come and put them our and BIl's bro would appear - knew nothing about it ;)but smelled of woodsmoke :rotfl:
