I'm back on postiewatch! I think they should be far more explicit as to the size of the plants they're offering. Some of the other catalogues show you all the different sizes of plants and have a code next to everything so that you know. Esp. as they're seems to be umpteen different sizes of plugs!

Hmmmm, not happy. Postie has just been. Got 4 envelopes from T&M. One with an advice note to say 2 packs of seeds are out of stock and one with a £1 gift voucher for these seeds, saying there has ben a crop failure, fair enough. The other two only say that they are unable to supply 'certain items ordered as stocks are no longer available' with a £5 off voucher for each. But they don't say which items are out of stock!! :mad:

I feel a phone call coming on....

Well, Colin from T&M just called me back. Apparently my seed order is in the post as are the lavenders that I ordered a while ago (on offer). The only things that are out of stock and about 6 packs of seeds. So quite why they felt the need to send out soo many letters is beyond me. Chelsea pack is being sent out this week supposedly. :cool:

Lol, 4 different envelopes. Has getting them vouchers made you better off in the end then, are they refunding you as well?

Glad you got something through GarnetLady. I was just wondering if the vouchers they use have minimum spend on them? I think the chelsea pack has now been removed from the website so hopefully that will me progress with the orders.
I am still waiting for them to confirm that one of my citrus orders has been cancelled. They said they would send an email but I haven't had anythin. Will have to phone if still nothing tomorrow I guess.

Its just a shame you can't use the vouchers at the same time or with any other offers as you can only use one at a time, after all you you tried buying the seeds at the same time.

They are refunding the missing seeds as well. Most of the ones that were out of stock were the ones from the value range offer.
So I have come out better off, depending on how many orders I do in the future! :rotfl:

No minumum spend, but you can only use 1 voucher at a time on the website, so I'll be watching out for free delivery... The guy I spoke to checked the system them said he'd call me back within 30mins, and he did, so phoning seems to be the way to go. He also reckons the last of the Chelsea packs are going out this week.

I know, that stinks a bit really. If ordering plants, they only really cover postage.

I like how you have to use one at a time and not with other offers. Great way to entice you in but the discount isn't really that good an offer if you have to pay delivery. T+M win there then, unless we can hold out for free delivery, which is unlikely is some of these threds are anything to go by lol.

T&M took the money for this offer on 19th May but still no sign of anything in the post

Just as a matter of interest have T&M stopped the 10% on next order discounts on the bottom of their order confirmations, it could be because I used a voucher I didn't get it but I'm sure I have had it in the past when using vouchers

Hmm, I've never noticed this... I'll go back and have a look at the confirmations I have saved.
