Well, I have just received a letter from T&M (typical when I emailed them yesterday afternoon!). They have refunded me for both fuchsia orders and the CFS pack and included a £10 voucher. They have also spoken to CS agent who dealt with my initial complaint, or not as was the case!

So happy with that. Just have to decide what to spend the vouchers on now!

I wished you could use more than one voucher when placing an order on their website.

I emailed them about this and provided the codes for both vouchers - they got back to me the same day with a new code which combined the two vouchers into a single £10 code. They were very helpful and I was very pleased with how quickly they got it sorted!
