I am so frustrated it keeps on adding postage on these. Any clues where I am going wrong?
I think it is utterly disgraceful they are sending their plants out diseased have just dug my diseased one out . Hope they haven't infected my gardenThanks Garnetlady I have sent a PM back
I admit I have used a voucher on this from Gardeners World
http://www.thompson-morgan.com/plants1/product/pwr91344/1.html
the offer is one per reader so my OH has ordered one, so have all my children
I had been looking at this offer as well
http://www.thompson-morgan.com/plants1/product/pwr90406/1.html
both have free P&P
yours is tempting but you can't get free P&P so it works out at 6.20 per bag including P&P
mine you get free P&P but will have to wait till february but are 4.50 each with free seeds as well
if you do go for your offer have a look at the flower seeds at the same time, I noticed if a order is over £7 and you add a pack of seeds they are added for free, sadly only works with flowers not veg (I order all the expensive seeds this way)
I have used the 10 packet of seeds offer a couple of times
http://www.thompson-morgan.com/plants1/product/pwr90237/1.html
to make a order over a minimum amount just to get the free seeds
my last order worked out like this
1 x strawberry Sonata £4.50
1 x10 pack seed offer £2.49
1 x Begonia x tuberhybrida none stop £4.99
the total should have been £11.98
but came through as £6.99
after using my voucher I got nearly £12 worth of plants and seeds for £1.99 which saved a couple quid
what seeds I don't use can go on ebay
as you can see I have done a little bit of home work0 -
try adding the strawberries from this link
http://www.thompson-morgan.com/affx/plants1/gwoffers/gw550.html
if this does not work use the pansy trick
go to gardeners world site
http://www.gardenersworld.com/offers/category/plants-seeds-bulbs/
add the cascading pansy to you basket
go to your basket remove the pansy and update
usually the postage will go to zero
jobs done
if your really careful with money go through a cashback site and get a few more pennies back0 -
I planted the Chelsea Celebration pack in a 18" pot and the germaniums in another 18" pot. There were so small that I didn't plant them all in seperate pots. Anyway, they have been in my conservatory but I was wondering if I could leave them outside. The reason I ask is heavy rain has been forecast all week. Sorry I'm really new to gardening being relative young and all!0

keep them all outside if I were you the rain will do them good0

My geraniums are thriving, although the latest lot have that awful slime on still. I guess I should chuck them. Just seen your post enrich about their botyrytis statement, it's shocking that is. Well done on getting the facts for us all. If you type in gardeners world on T and M's site it comes up with hidden offers. Used my 3 £5 vouchers to get 42 geraniums, 10 fuchsias and 100 bulbs (the ones where you pay £4.50 for the supposed postage then it adds postage on top anyway), did it all seperately, and the free p and p trick works still. Just got wait til next year for all my plants now! I used my £10 evoucher to get primrose glitz and glam so was over the moon I only paid £1.99 towards them.Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!0

for those who received a plant in their Chelsea pack labeled lotus yellow, the plant is
LOTUS (Lotus Berthelotti) – Flowers between July to mid Sept, Bears silvery needle like leaves along its stems.
The ‘lobster claw’ or ‘Fire Vine’ flowers will be Orange in colour.0
