O2 coverage in Lossie is a no go according to their website.

According to the site below,it's '3' or 'Orange'.

As long as I can keep my mobile contract for my cheap reconnection deals I'll be happy! :)

I will sort the broadband out when I get there. Hopefully the Elgin area will be 5Mbps!

I have an O2 phone for work, can confirm that coverage can be very patchy up here (particulary round the Moray coast), but I've had no probs at Lossie....Orange and Vodafone are probably the best.

I dont have mobile internet, but have used a few home based ones in the past, most are pretty good but don't get suckered into any 'free internet' deals (Sky for one), as the exchange up here has not had the necessary work done), Lossie uses the same exchange (Elgin).

Spike, yes to the trade, I think our paths may of crossed on another forum.

What's the coverage like on camp and in Elgin mate?

Besides Inverness, Aberdeen, and Glasgow (further afield I know), these are the areas I will be using the phone in on a regular basis. I can't imagine I'll have a prob with the bigger areas - so just as long as Lossie and Elgin are ok.

It looks like we will have a house in Lossie rather than Elgin (different to what I was told on the phone!)

    :)
