PC Gabriel Kent and Fiddlesticks, it's quite something that two perfect strangers see fit to make a personal attack on me and consequently get it so very wrong. Both posts jump to a number of incorrect assumptions. MSE forums are supposed to be polite.
Barclays? Where did that come from? Not me.
"Malicious waste of company time?" I work well beyond 9-5 and my boss appreciates what I do, thank you all the same. (That excess time isn't paid btw, which doesn't matter to me one bit because I love my job.)
My post offered just one of many options to the OP on how to deal with the situation. Other posts indicate I'm not the only one, please refer to #6.
