Ciao Missing Money

Hi. i know this is proberly in the wrong section but im stumped to know where to put it, and anyhow ciao is kind of free.
Anyway, i had £45 in my account now it has gone. others have been affected too i have noticed, that is the reason i logged into ciao to check my account.
anyway has anyone had any repsonse from ciao regarding this.
PLEASE IF THIS IS REMOVED TO ANOTHER SECTION CAN YOU INFORM ME WHERE IT HAS GONE

That's happened to me too. At the beginning of the week I had £43.00 in my Ciao account - and I logged in today to find the balance at £0.00.
I e-mailed them too.

This has happened to me before but when I logged on a few day's later the money was back in the account
P.S. About a month ago I requested a payment from Ciao, anyone have any idea how long this takes ?

Just checked and mine's at zero too; looks like a temporary database problem though - "Account balance for 0" on the left should presumably read "Account balance for (my username)"?0 -
wolfhound, the site says it pays out once a month, mid month, so any request made between aug1-aug 30, is paid mid sept.It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
