Add it as your homepage, then somone can right click your name and find you.

Here are some pointers, they arn't criticism just pointers ;) ...
    * Why is your logo so small on that huge space?
    * The image next to your logo would look nicer if it was one of your own styles/pieces.
    * You are using too many different fonts, ie comic sans on 'about us' yet times (?) on everything else.
    * 'free delivery' is a broken link, could you not highlight this on your home page? I would also add a little more under your home page than Genuine bespoke handcrafted jewellery.
    * Customer service links back to your contact us info however I would add a returns policy etc etc.
    * Could you add a testimonial page?

Hope I have't stepped out of line...

Ultimately though you need to get more traffic. Have you thought about online advertising, sometimes you can find it for free/pence :D

I used Mrsite and it was great, had stats and all, I think it was £15 for the year.

    oooooo your good Pap.....:D

    Great advice Pap.

Also Claire, could you think about selling stuff on ebay and including a link to your shop, and putting the address on your packing slip?

Sally, ooops, sounds like ex is in trouble with mummy.

I know my flat is hard to find, but the takeaway I've just got really takes the biscuit, I don't think he was even in the right postcode the first time he rang!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Thanks Pap, no you haven't stepped over the line i asked for pointers/help, you gave your opinion which is what i asked for.

    * Why is your logo so small on that huge space? - I somehow cannot make my logo bigger.

    * The image next to your logo would look nicer if it was one of your own styles/pieces. - Its a shop creator template, cannot add my own pic.

    * The image next to your logo would look nicer if it was one of your own styles/pieces. Can sort that

    * 'free delivery' is a broken link, could you not highlight this on your home page? I would also add a little more under your home page than Genuine bespoke handcrafted jewellery. - not sure what to do about that

    * Customer service links back to your contact us info however I would add a returns policy etc etc.- returns policy sounds good, people may be more inclined to buy then

    * Could you add a testimonial page? -- no link for a testimonial page.

I think perhaps i need to change sites

Ames all my boxes are now being printed with my logo and web address on it.

I need to be more computer literate i think, to beable to understand what i'm doing, or find a web hosting site that is less complicated

    * Why is your logo so small on that huge space? - I somehow cannot make my logo bigger I will pm you my email address, send me over your Logo and I shall have a play ;)

    * The image next to your logo would look nicer if it was one of your own styles/pieces. - Its a shop creator template, cannot add my own pic.

    * The image next to your logo would look nicer if it was one of your own styles/pieces. Can sort that These two statement conflict eachother...

    * Could you add a testimonial page? -- no link for a testimonial page.

These two are simaler, I have never used shop creater but I guess because its free its pants. Using Mr site I could remove/add links and stuff. Its a shame you could sdo so much more...

    * Customer service links back to your contact us info however I would add a returns policy etc etc.- returns policy sounds good, people may be more inclined to buy then I will knock up a 'sample' policy and stuff for you if it will help ;)

I think perhaps i need to change sites

Hope that helps... You do need some help though, again no offence intended. You are fab at making the jewellery and stuff but your marketing/pics/website could be better/more professional :D

Lol I know that pap, thats why i asked for help, If i could afford to pay to have my website proffessionally done i would, but they are very expensive :(, and at the moment i do not sell enough jewellery to pay for it. But was hoping that a propor working website would be a way of selling the jewellery, as well as local fairs, which will save me trying to get to fairs further away from me by public transport.

The problem is i am totally computer illiterate and reading from instructions i cannot comprehend, (i have to be shown what to do)
