    Have spent the morning doing shopping and tidying/blitzing the flat. It's all clean and tidy and smells nice now...Just need to sort books and DVDs before they drive me bonkers.....Also, day two :)

    I have been trying to fly lady..done the windows and rewashed the washing I washed and left in the washing machine and dryer. Just about to hang some washing out. Shopped for food for the first time for what seems like ages.

    Talking of weight and running, I seem to have put loads of weight back on and my running has gone out of the window but I am seriously going to start again tomorrow. OH is coming for a run with me - yay.

    And i have to seriously get fit my the mad 12 month challenge.

    I need a kick up the arris to get running again too Sammy. I went on Sunday, and I seem to have lost the ability to run. It was torture! :o

    Will go again on Wednesday and hope things are better, but am seriously thinking I might have to drop out of the Great North Run, which I was sooo looking forward to.

    Snags...just take it easy and start from the begining - do a couple of short run/walk trips of about 20 mins.

    I will let you know how my advice went tomorrow.....
