£59 is a GOOD deal, renew it so you can stop worrying about flat batteries.
If you don't have roadside cover and you break down, you have three options:
1. Get a friend to come and fix the car or tow you to a garage.
2. Pay a recovery service to come and collect your vehicle for you.
3. Join the AA etc at the roadside, expect to pay around £150 if you want them to tow you home or to any garage other than the nearest one.
The Toyota dealer will do nothing if you call them with a car broken down at the side of the road.
As an aside, if you are really worried, it would be worth asking a 'male mate' to show you how to change a tyre (or even a female one if you know a woman who can change a tyre, I can give you some written instructions if it will help). There is rearlly no reason to not be able to change a wheel because you are a female driver.0 -
