BT and KCT problems - HELP!!

It looks as though they have bought a very cheap, off-the-shelf web package which they haven't bothered to customise. Thus, if you click onto their supposed "Shipping & Returns", "Privacy Notice" and "Conditions of Use" links, all you get is a box inviting the website owner to insert said information. Fills you with confidence, doesn't it?

I have set up an account with them (using a throw-away email address) and tried to "buy" something, mainly to see how secure they payment system is. But as soon as you try and click through to "checkout" you get this message:-

I had a call 3 years ago from a guy claiming he was BT wholesale i was only in business a week offering me half price line rental lower calls..I agreed changed over. 1 week later got a call from BT had to pay them 300 disconnection turns out im actually with KCT I tried to leave them they said im in a 2 year contract...I stayed with them for 2 years tried to get out of it they wudnt let me..would not offer cheaper call rates to n,ireland. They then sold my contract to another company called GCI I tried to leave them they have billed me £600 for disconection fees added VAT onto this and court charges! Im going to court tomoro about this! Nitemare!

More than 6 weeks without broadband, streamline machine and land line ahs cost my business substantially, not to mention the fact that I have had to make all phone calls from my personal mobile costing me a fortune. All governing bodies such as Ofcom, Otello and Trading Standards have all been worse than useless. All people wanting answers can get in touch by banging on this clowns door.
