Do you cut it in half & put icing in it - or on top of it??

    Errr...I just eat it. ;)
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

    Hello,

Has anyone tried making this cake in a casserole bowl? Did it work?

I want to shape a bit of a cake I'm making but will have to revise if this doesn't work.

    Please let me know.

    Thank you.

  • I have never heard of chocolate yogurt cake but thought those people who arnt massive chocolate fans might like to try Lemon yogurt cake. This is one i make myself and it is gorgeous! really lovely and moist with a great lemony tang. the recipe looks similar except substituting the chocolate for the juice of one lemon and its rind. enjoy!

I'm going to have to try this! I'm making cakes to take into work for my birthday next week, and I can do a practice version of this first,to check it comes out right :D

Did you ice your cakes, or put any kind of sauce with them??? Most of the photos seem to have gone now :(

Hi Cazza, if you have not tried carnation treat caramel on a this chocolate cake you don't know what you are missing. It's simply delicous. Really moist and it will go down well at work I'm sure. You can find tinned caramel next to the condensed milk. Put some in the middle and on top and if like me you eat it along the way making it it stretch for the sides of the cake could be tricky : ). Enjoy!

I've just found this from a link posted in the Grocery Challenge thread :T I have a big pot of Onken black cherry yoghurt bought reduced yesterday so I'm thinking about using that instead of natural and then sandwiching together with some frozen morello cherries. I'll cook the cherries slightly with a bit of sugar to make a bit of sauce. It all sounds a bit black forest gateux ;) What do my fellow OSers think? Yummy or Yucky :D

I think it sounds good, but I love cherries and chocolate - let us know how it turns out, I found 2 jars of cherries in the cupboard yesterday, might just try it myself
