They are now Gardening Boots, as I've worn them out. Few years old, that pic.
And they're Dr Martens, with bouncing soles! If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -

 this thread is bugging me now....it's strayed too far off topic. Mostly my fault, I admit, coz I can be rather garrulous.
I think I should ask Squeaky to split the last two pages off, so it can go back to being about cake. Dunno what to do with the offcut though...rename it "Chat to MBE" thread?

Found this thread as I had some yoghurt left and thought I'd give it a go with 15 month old dd. Cake is now cooling and dd is in bed, so thought I'd share a photo to show it was worth making - if only for the mix alone!Debts @ lightbulb moment (13/06/2006) - £59,842.23  All commercial debts now clear!!! :T Debts April - £20,000 to family (incl extra £10k borrowed for house deposit). DFD - Aug 2014
Proud to be dealing with my debts
Goal of the month - £500 on groceries for family of 5 - Apr 2011 - £620!May - £454.85 so far.

Hang on one minute!!!!!
Those pictures are FAKES! They cannot possibly be MBE. The guy in those pictures looks vaguely sane (with the possible exception of the last one:D) :rotfl::dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -

Err...Never judge a book by its cover, appearances can be deceptive, and other appropriate clichés.
When I was at the zoo I discovered on the way out that "Marmot Mania" is just for the kiddies. It was a tight fit in the tunnels. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
