    I've used this one for the last couple of years. I buy the ingredients a bit at a time as well ;) Its well worth doing for the smell from the oven alone :D

    On a money saving front its got to be worth it as well as it makes a nice big cake which lasts for ages.

    You can bookmark any page you want - just click on Bookmark or Favourite (depending on what you're using). I frequently do it.

    Maybe you can try Jamie Oliver's traditional Christmas cake.

    You just need time for the baking- mine took 2 hr 45 mins. I added dried figs instead of pineapple and also squeezed half an orange into the mixture as I was worried it may be dry. I use scotch instead of brandy as thats a family favorite. Easy recipe to tweaks and EVERYONE loves the cake.
