How can that loss of bargain work if it sold out/pulled?

Motorola help please - my new phone from the Dialaphone offer has arrived - i ordered it at £10.01 - but its locked and i can't use it ! Anyone either got a phone number for Dialaphone-the site only has numbers for contracts and the paperwork has no numbers - or an unlock code - or failing that i is it saf to use a site on google to get a lock code?

update-tried ringing-closed until tuesday ! Anyone any other help - gratefully received by a not-technical thicko here !

thanks for your help. I am not technical and was unaware that where i live i can only use a local network - sorry i am not a superbrain like you - i just thought the friendly people on here might be able to help me with some advice.

Also - its not a virgin phone - its a motorola phone which i bought with £10 virgin credit - obviously being very thick i did not realise that this meant i could only use it on their network.

do you mean locked to Virgin or locked totally so it can not be used at all? just checking

thanks for trying to help - i am not technical as i said - but when i turn it on it says 'network key' and won't let me go any further. I have looked on google and it offers lots of people who can unlock it - but not sure if they are ok to use or give my credit card details too - sorry i am not very up on this:(

the only service that works where we live is Orange, but I do use Virgin on my little out & about phone. Have to buy a £10 virgin credit soon too.

I know what you mean as I'm not the best either but I do usually end up sorting my Dad out. Have you tried 1234 for the network key? is the virgin sim card in the phone?

no, i'll try that now - thanks - i have put a local sim card in it - should i put the virgin one in it? thanks for this

Tried the 1234 thing - but nothing came up - just says invalid code
