will take my painkillers and iprobrufen in a bit, even hurts when i sit, and if i've sat a while the whole of my lower back hurts when i get up

my next door neighbour just came in and hoovered my stairs
She helped me put the hoover together this morning after i took it apart to empty it and i couldn't get it all back together
, was telling her i'd done everything bar the stairs but i'll have to leave them, cause i didn't want to end up at the bottom of them with the hoover on top of me. Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

Elfen....throw me a chip.
Beanie, I'm sure you asked what year Miss Twit was in, she is doing her AS levels at moment (first year of A's), I thought we'd seen the back of all this exam stress after the dreaded GCSEs last summer.

Yes whatatwit even more exam stress this year.
In scotland its slightly different & they sit their highers in a year.
In the midst of exams at the mo.
So in England they do AS levels over 2 years?

Beanie, AS is the first year of sixth form college. GCSE's are like your standards, A levels are highers, but they split the A level into AS (first year) and A2 (second year).

Claire, if you can do stretching of your legs it will help.
Lying on your back and bending knee towards opposite shoulder
Trying to stretch a straight leg towards the head, breathing out and then trying again
Touching your toes
Sitting with the soles of your feet touching each other and pushing your knees down
All these help improve your flexibility and will ease the tension in the joint.
I was all settled on the ending of Ashes to Ashes. Now after a discussion with the man I'm going to have to go and look at it again!
