    Gah, the Next site is driving me mad. They've got some dresses instore that are £12 but they've run out of my size, and I can't find them online.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    Have finished the flowers on the bottom half and part of the horse's nose. Hopefully I'll finish the nose tonight and can start on the top half :)

    Sounds like a trapped sciatic nerve to me. Not sure what you're meant to do about them, tbh.

    I'd put a tenner on that being sciatica Claire. If it is radiating from the disc, use ice (well wrapped) on the disc and heat to the side of it (ie where you can feel the top of the 'line' of pain). Anti inflammatories will start to reduce the swelling which is trapping the nerve. Some kind of muscle relaxant (ie diazepam) will stop the spasms.

    I had sciatica years ago - it would radiate down my leg into my foot sometimes when I walked and I had to stop - even if I was crossing the road I could not keep walking. I had physio which didn't help much - it included use of something like a tens machine on my lower back (I had hurt my back which started it all off) which was somewhat helpful.

    I just did the most stupid thing. I:

    * put oven on to heat up
    * put food on oven tray
    * put rest of frozen food back in freezer
    * came into front room
    * put kitchen timer on
    * came on here
    * went back to kitchen at end of timer

    Can you guess what I missed doing?.....

    Putting dinner *in* the oven :rotfl::o
