I have recognised another part of my problem ... I recognised it last week but tonight highlighted again ... I have a very active social life ... Which is a great thing ... But ... The down side is I tend to go out for my lunch two- three times a week ... Alot of my friends don't have money so we tend to go to cheap restuarants u know the type three course for £8 or so .... I have often suggested we have lunch in each others houses but for some reason theajority don't want to ... So I land up eating food I don't really enjoy that isn't good for me ... Now I am also the only vegetarian they are all meat eaters so we go to meat eating places ... Which generally have a very poor selection of veggie food ... This all kindve came to the surface again tonight we went to a Chinese buffet ...I hate buffet to begin with ... But on all the whole buffet there was one veggie dish ... A couple of veggie side plates but it was all !!!! ... so I declared at the table well when it's my birthday ( it was a birthday night tonight) were going vegan people .... I got looks if horror thrown a me and remarks of aye right then so we will ...
Sooooo.... Now I need to find a vegan restuarant cause for my birthday I can't go any more of that crap .... And I need to find a decent lunch place that does good foo0 -
