OneStopPhoneShop problems

Ordered two phones from OneStopPhoneShop on an orange contract Monday 14th August. Phones arrived on 16th. One phone didn't contain a battery. Phoned up immediately, battery will be in the post straight away.

Saturday 19th, No battery. Phoned again, it went in the post on the 18th August. Will have it Monday at latest.

Monday 21st, No battery. Phoned again, it went for processing on 18th, could take up to a week for delivery.

I told them i'll exchange the phone instead, as in my opinion a phone without a battery is faulty, it sure doesn't work. Told they'd call me back with details. Still waiting. Will they? I'm sceptical.


Still haven't received cashback vouchers. Told them of this on Saturday, and again today. Both times have been told they'll email them to me, but this will take 3-5 business days. Since when has email been anything but near instant? I think they're trying to get out of giving them to me.

I've sent an email over the weekend stating everything that's happened so far, for my records. I'm too late to get out of the contract and walk away, even though i've never yet been able to use one of the phones, and i don't know where to go from here. I can't keep waiting forever, and i'm a bit put off by some of the reviews i've read on various sites over the weekend.
