thank you so much for the lovely comments about my cakes! sometimes i really do think seriously about taking it up for a living, but then my sensible head kicks in!!! LOL
Anyway, my giant cupcake mould came today! YAY!! I can feel some experimentation coming on this weekend. Does anyone have a foolproof recipe / quantities / cooking time for this kind of mould?

Thank you. These were out of woman and home food magazine which cones out 4 times a year. I was lucky enough to get the hummingbird bakery cupcake book and Australian womens weekly cupcake book fir Christmas last year and they have some really lovely ideas in them.0 -

go back to post 215 and you will see the ingrediants and amounts to put in your mould if it is the silicone one.

I have just finished a christening cake today, I will post pics later after I have delivered the cake.
Thanks for the suggestion of the cornflour and icing sugar it worked a treat, although I think my kitchen work surface is suffering today.
Just got a few cakes to do this week, but at least its onky for my son, he has asked for a go go crazy bones cake, doh why did I ask him what he wanted!0 -
