How much does it cost from a Supermarket pharmacy?
Can a cat lick it off by tongue or wet paw when wet or when dry?? Does it smell?

ive never seen frontline in the supermarket, usually get it in pets at home, usually starting at around £15 for three vials ?
i was recommended frontline or advantage, which you can either get online or from your vet
cats never had any ill effects due to being frontlined, if you follow the instructions of where to put the solution, its usually in the place where they cant reach too good or at all, right behind the back of the head/ skull and a little further down under the collar
does take a bit of practice so dont rush and try not to spill too much on fur, part fur till you see the skin and slowly drop in on the skin0 -
I second what bluebeary has told you regarding ill effects.
I would say search it online as in my experience you can get it for around £15 per three (again, like bluebeary has said) whereas my vet charges twice that amount
PS - it doesn't smell0 -
On Frontline website it says Lloyds Pharmacy, Asda Pharmacy and list of vets stock it.
I would rather buy it in person at Lloyds Pharmacy or Asda etc.0 -

I've found the best time to apply it to grumpy cats is when they are eating. Isis cat doesn't like having her flea treatment done but if she is eating you can do anything to her. As she has her head bent down into the food bowl it is also easier to apply as the top of the neck is exposed.0 -
You apply it to back of cats neck, they cant lick it, as for using there paws, i dont know. Maybe a good idea to keep an eye on them after putting it on.0

When i boil the kettle to dunk the fleas in hot water my cat goes and hides.
Sometimes I boil some water in the microwave to fool im!
Even though i try to be gentle he hates the flea comb.
Prob try Asda tomorrow, its about 30 mins away.0 -
If your cat already has fleas it will take quite a long time to get to grips with the infestation by using only Frontline on its own. Please consider also buying an environmental spray containing Insect Growth Regulator which will prevent the fleas breeding as well as killing the adult fleas and larvae in your carpets and soft furnishings or anywhere else your cats sleeps.0
