Apparently they are just morons. Had an email from my lecturer, the Board of Examiners are meeting on June 15th and we will find out after that. Now need to find out if there is a date we have to submit our graduation application, not sure I want to temp fate and book everything beforehand.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1931.07/£2700

Morning
It must be cooler out there as the heating has come on this morning  but then again it is bank holiday weekend so it is the law for it to be cold wet and miserable! It's definitely cold, wet and windy so far although the sun is struggling to break through.
So far WM on and next load standing by, off to Sunday school soon.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

Good morning
DS2 seems fine this morning and is playing happily with new toys. I'm glad he was still well enough to enjoy his party yesterday morning at a local playcentre. Not very old-style, but completely hassle free, especially given the wet weather yesterday.
ajmoney - keeping fingers crossed for you. I might follow in your footsteps over the next two years, if my boss supports me and can timetable my classes around attending uni a couple of times each week. There's an MA in applied linguistics I'm interested in. It includes an element of teaching english as a foreign language, which would be really useful. We have a small, but increasing number of students who come to us with limited English. Not that I need the extra work... 8 modules over two years with an essay each, followed by a dissertation.
I've got to go out later to buy a leaving present for our German assistant. We are meeting her in Sheffield tomorrow to say good-bye. Still need to choose a nice venue. Also must sort laundry, but I'm quite wheezy at the moment, so I'll pace myself.
See you all later. Hope you have a good day.0
