    ..... Removes gas mask......

    Oh.... My...... Gosh.....

What on earth possessed me to tackle DS1's room? I have at least 8 loads of washing to get through (in addition to the normal 5 loads a day.) One of the recycling bins is nearly full and it's 12 days till the next collection. The DW has been reunited with cups, bowls, plates and glasses that it hasn't seen for months.

Rose - that's so considerate to check on your neighbour, it really warmed my heart.

HollyH I find that sipping bubbly water quells queasyness.

Yey it's half term, I've started creating a list of things to get done already.

Washing should be dry so I'll get that in soon and have 15 minutes in the garden drinking my cuppa I think (only just got in from invigilating) before thinking about dinner and the emptying of school bags.

    1. 15 minutes filing/general paperwork shuffling All done and up to date.
    2. Wash windows if needed They don't really need it tbh, and there's extra stuff in there – the trolley that's normally in the kitchen (moved to accommodate Sidney's bed) and there's Sidney's suitcase and all his gear, (how can one small dog bring so much stuff with him?) so I can't get to them very easily at the mo.
    3. Wash any curtains or duvets that are in need Curtains are fine; no duvet in there.
    4. HHI HHWii instead
I have deliberately resisted going back and doing bits I didn't do on the appointed day; I felt that looking after Sidney, walks, grooming, encouraging him to eat his rather bland food, games with his toys etc, was rather better use of my energy. The house hasn't become a fetid dump as a result :p - back on track, hopefully, next Wednesday, as Sidney goes home on Tuesday.

    ((((HUGS)))) and posi-vibes where they're needed.:o
