    Afternoon All
Haven’t caught up with the thread I’m afraid apart from the first couple of pages when I logged on this morning whilst have a coffee at home, so don’t have the foggiest what has been happening – I will try and catch up later.
Thanks to the lovely Jinkypoooo for passing on my text to you – she has been a star and made me laugh with her texts. Danny as you know had his 2nd op on Saturday and they took a skin graft from the back of his leg for the exit wound. They think they are going operate again this Friday, but as you know it can change on a daily basis, they said roughly 10 days in hospital, but not sure whether they mean from last Saturday or whether after his last op, must check with the welfare officer. He can then come home for a week or maybe even two before he goes for rehabilitation. So ecstatic to see him, though he told me off as I started crying! He’s on morphine, and he’s dead chuffed when it’s the oral one as he is big baby where needles are concerned. They got them dominos pizzas in on Saturday night – so they were all very happy with that. Then when we left yesterday afternoon they were taking them all to the pub for dinner and beer! Short_bird knows the on – by the way short_bird thanks for your pm – but didn’t see it till this morning! Also thanks to AJ for your PM and all the others who have been on FBWhen I spoke to him he had had a burger and two pints and was feeling quite rough! He’s had no alcohol for ages and then the combination of that and morphine probably wasn’t a good match.
Another trauma here this morning – I had to take DD2 into hospital as she was bleeding and the midwife phoned the assessment centre and they said to come in. Well thank the lord the baby is ok after being monitored, they did the usual checks on DD2 and an internal to look at her cervix and a swab. The doctor said you can bleed near the end, but if it gets worse to come back in. Fell like I’m going to have a nervous breakdown with the stress of everything – oh and DH is going in hospital on Thursday for a op on a double hernia he’s got.
Flying – I’ve done 2 loads of washing and s/s’d the kitchen and that’s it I’m afraid.
Hope toots is doing ok for her stay in hospital this week. Much love and hugs to all that need/want them xxx

    Hoppy Birdday huston_kw :D

I see you've asked for the kitchen tomorrow; I could go for that, too.:) I'd sooner have it tomorrow than Wednesday, when Mr LW is working from home, as he'll be in and out making endless cups of tea, and I'll have a harder time cleaning in there.:o

Levels 1 and 2 are done for today (thanks for the encouragement Greenbee); Sidney has had his lunchtime walk; I've made blackberry fool for pud from the last of the frozen blackberries, and hard-boiled some eggs for the egg salad Mr LW has requested for tonight's dins (our meal plan is totally flexible, especially when we get a hot spell!)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Picked LO up from school and had a coffee.

Will prep the dinner in a minute and do some more laundry.

Hugs for you and you DD Carlsberggal - it never rains but it pours! Hope she and baby will be ok, you must have been so pleased to see Danny. I hope he recovers well.
