Hi! Please can I join in the fun! I'm starting over after at many different attempts at getting organised. I've been following the thread for ages. I registered a long time ago and I've been trying to sign in with no success - until today!! Woo hoo!

We have just had quite a lot of stuff done on the home front including a new kitchen and rewiring. This meant a total upheaval but also meant a few lightbulb moments when it came to gettng rid of stuff.

At the moment we are in the middle of a massive decluttering operation following the rewiring. There is stuff everywhere. I'll have to say I'm starting with Level One and hoping for the best.

    Looking forward to joining in.

LW - sidney should be your priority this week. You've been flying regularly, so I'm sure your house can cope with a week of the bare minimum. That's the point of having it under control! Enjoy the company, and well done for being able to take him out without Mr LW. Sounds like it's a big step for you, and you've done very well :T:T:T

I have spent my lunchbreak shifiting 4 barrow loads of flints from the front garden to the back, and starting to sort properly through the hippobags on the front lawn. more stuff has gone in the wheelie, so hopefully I'll be able to get them collected and the front lawn cleared soon :D

    Afternoon all

I've done my kitchen fully today and I've polished in the living room and computer desk and vacuumed right through downstairs. One load of washing already dry and put away. Trying to keep the house cool for my old dog so I've got all the curtains pulled and the fan on in the living room.

Still catching up. Not sure about this "new look" stuff. Seems slow to load up too.

    Hello everyone,

It's soooo hot! I've spent a nice morning with a friend. DD2 had a lovely time playing in their paddling pool.

Got up early this morning and managed to get 3 loads of washing done before the school run, unsurprisingly its already dry.

    DW unloaded and reloaded
    Kitchen floor swept
    Plants watered
    Kitchen s/w

MACPEP - That's awful. DH got a dodgy tummy in Morocco and came home with a lovely bag of soiled clothes. Fortunately he is well trained and they were rinsed and well wrapped up but it was still horrible loading them in the w/m.

Mummyyof5 - Relax. Have a glass of wine just before or take ibuprofen. after take some Rescue Remedy. I know it's horrible but it's a necessary evil to keep us all safe.

    Poohbear59 - Hugs for you.

Toots, Lady L, Diva - thinking of you all.

Off to tackle the living room now. I have a handy man coming at 2.30 to mend my streaming tap in the bathroom. I dread to think what my water meter reading is going to be:(.
