Just been on the phone to sky to cancel my subscription and i got what i think is a good offer all sky programmes worth £43 reduced down to £21 for 2 months so i'm happy with it .:T

my hubby phoned up yesterday and was told they had just changed the offers he said we wanted to cancel and was offered the full package for also £21 but ours is for 6 months not 2 months so if you're happy we are elated:rotfl: why dont you ring them back and ask why they didnt offer it for 6 months instead


hubby has just said they told him offer started last week

I am about to cancel my subscription due to costs, but would be keen to get this offer. What number did you ring, or did you just ask for cancellations ?

here is the number i rang 0870240 40 40 its customers services tell them you want to cancel they ask why say you can get a better deal elsewhere , you will then be put through to cancellations dept and tell them the same reason then they will offer you the same package as i got all sky progarmmes for £21for 6 months , I asked if they could extend it longer she said try back in 6 months time.

i rang too last night and got the sky sports package for 6 months for £21. I said NTL were offering it for 6 months half price so they matched the offer but were chaeper than NTL !!

Just made the phone call, got offered 6 months half price. Many thanks to OP. Got through straight away , which was a bonus

we rang a month or so ago and were offered 3 months 1/2 price or 12 months at 25% off. Opted for the 12 months.
