Using an image is a copyright offence. Unless she has the permission from the photographer which I doubt!0 -
Oh I'm glad I didn't cause offence ~ phew! :rotfl:
Have you ever had a stand at a wedding fayre to drum up some more business?
?
TBH I have had exposure in Perfect Wedding and the You and your wedding forum, Real weddings, so at the moment my books are closed!! It's been a fab year and I am totally in love with each and every project I am working on. I hope to have a breather later in the year to put some things together but I have to see. Members here have been awesome in putting their trust in me. I love this place.0 -

ive told her i will contact trading standards and this was her reply
i have sent you what is in the photo - just in another colour which is stated in the listing. i used the original sellers photo and they made the dress to that photo. contact who you like i used the photo provided to me by the person i bought the dress from originaly so it is them they will have to go to. "
if i go to trading standards, how can i claim its a copy if i dont know the original model number for the dress0 -
haha
we won!
shes giving me a refund!0 -
HOw did she change her mind in such a short space of time?
You must have frightened her mentioning trading standards lolTank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Result!!! What she should have done is photographed the dress herself to sell on. She was in breech of copyright using a photo even if it was from the original seller.
Whoop whoop to you!! :beer:0 -
i think i must have.
unbelievable some of the points that she was trying to argue...0 -

thats the best i could do on my camera phone,
its not shiny due to a nice shiny satin, its the crap satin that you used to have to wear if you were a queen/flower girl/fairy at a gala day.
i also hadnt noticed before but its covered in pin parks from when its been made0
