Can't see anything in there that says it's a copy, even sneaky hidden text

Thanks hun, just had a look.

She doesn't say it's an Essense dress so you can't get her on that.

She does mention buying 2 of them from a shop though, but then again, that could mean a shop on eBay.

I would put in a claim though, for item not as described as it is nothing like the picture. The dress you should have received should be the one, or identical to the picture on the listing.

When I ask questions on eBay about dresses, I always ask if the dress is by a certain designer, and was it shop bought or made especially, as if they say it was made, you know it's gonna be a naff copy.

Hope you get your money back, let us know how you get on xx

ive put in a claim already as shes emailed me a few times stating that she wont refund my money.
i know she doesnt state that its and essense dress but she has put up a picture of one, and in no way said the the dress was a copy of that dress.
i have put in my claim the the dress recieved was a copy of the dress in the picture and even then doesnt look anything like it

    Ahh, just looked further.

She won the dress and left a neutral for it, from this seller : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250557795951

This is the feedback she left : dress arrived late-not good quality-bust to big & dress to short-poor coms.

I would point this out to eBay when you start the dispute.

That's so mean of your seller, knowing it was a pile of crap but passing it off saying it is gorgeous ~ cow!

And she is lying saying she bought 2 from a shop, if the first one was so bad, why would you get another one from the same place?
