when i asked about the length she told me that she was 5ft 7 and it was too long on her, im 5ft 9 and so it is most definately too short for me(ive only taken it out the package, not even trying it on)

Well OP, just read this thread and i hope the seller has to refund you and gets kicked off ebay! Abs disgusting, a disgrace. Gives decent sellers on ebay a bad name! Yes youre bloody right, she is a cow - made my blood boil this has! How very dare she!

she just offered my a half refund and i get to keep the dress!
the dress is hideous.
ive realised the error of my ways nows and realise i should just impulse buy.

Can trading standards not be involved? I do hope she's kicked off e bay. It's disgusting. If she had nothing to hide then she would have stated it was a china replica.
I guess 1/2 money better than nothing and I do hope you do everything in your power to make sure she is unable to do this to someone else.

ive emailed saying i expect a full refund.
she can have the dress back, its mingin!
shes trying to say that she didnt know it was a copy dress.
i think anyone with eyes that function could tell.

I know you know not all "made" dresses are naff because many certainly are not. But, many on e bay most certainly are. They go down the offshore route, it gets delivered and when it's not up to par they want to sell it on. My personal opinion of e bay is you can get a bargain especially from those genuine sellers who have original items. But, you do get those others who sell rubbish because they think they can get away with it. It's not on and if there is anything I can help you with Anderson, please do not hesitate to contact me.
