    The link in post #9 indicates that they are bound by their quote.

    Quite how you enforce it is beyond me, but some one will be here soon to tell you. ;)

    I paid by bank transfer.
    If someone could tell me how to enforce them to accept responibility and stick to their quote, it would make me very happy!!

    It might be worth asking a solicitor.
    Many have a free first half hour scheme.

    Only thing I can suggest is to pay under protest and recover it later. This will be difficult if you are out of the country.

    Or get them to return the stuff and go with another.
