Our 3 sleep in bedrooms, One with my 16 yr old son, and the other 2 with us..(up to sunday when he was sadly put to sleep our Doberman slept in with my daughter)

Do miss being able to turn over or just move without running into a dog lump, or having a cold draft cos you cant pull the duvet up with the weight of the dog on top. Thing i draw the line at is no sleeping on the pillows, or inside the duvet on the sheet.. just too many hairs..

my parents current cat is semi feral and spends most of the night outside hunting. She has my sister bed now my sister has moved into mine and bros room. The old cats used to sleep on the beds with whoever they fancied usually my top bunk.

My 4 year old staff starts off the night asleep on his dog bed, which is by the side of my bed.

Guaranteed, in the morning he is fast asleep on my feet.

The first time he did it I thought I'd had a stroke.

My other little cat used to like to get right under the covers. I woke up one morning, turned to face the opposite direction and there she was... under the duvet, with her head sticking out and looking just like a little person in bed on the other side of me. I looked at her, she looked at me, then we both just went back to sleep again.

Blimey, if my girls slept on the bed I wouldn't be able to move, turn over or do anything at all! :-)

Both cats sleep in my bedroom
Coco sleeps on the end of the bed ensuring I can't move my feet at night and Missy sleeps on top of the wardrobe to ensure maximum impact when she wants her breakfast at 6am!

pup started on the bed, and then under the covers, when he started being cocky i put an old duvet at the bottom of the bed and tucked him in each night, only to get a wet nose in the middle of the night or as soon as he things i'm alseep,

no moving in a few days and boxes everywhere, i just let him snuggle down with me
