I think Max was suggesting you PM him, not post your details on the forum for everyone to see.

I havn't been paid either - and I havn't been sent a spreadsheet so you're a lot further forward than I am! (If you or Monkey don't want your priority pass then feel free to chuck it my way )

Having said that I mailed them Friday 28th so I think it's only reasonable I give them a week before I chase again, I was pretty certain I wouldn't be the only one who's payments had gone missing with it being a new company.

Sorry, haven't been able to get online since yesterday pm. Did you sign up & then also answer the questions in their email? If not, you need to dig out the email & response with answers, & then wait for them to decide if they want you.

Could someone tell me please .... if I've heard nothing back from A Arch yet, should I assume I haven't been allocated any of the jobs I applied for? It's the first time I've applied and I'm not sure how long they take. Many thanks.

Thank you, I did contact them yesterday, and it appears the email didn't get to me, (or got somehow deleted??:o)
Therefore, have re 'applied' with the email they sent me again, and been accepted.... no jobs available though

yes its by bacs. if you do a job where you need to buy something expensive then they re-imburse you before pay day so you are not out of pocket. they re-imb me 7 days after the purchase last time

do many people work for secret shoppers? if so how do you find them? not much on 1st post except that they pay slow!

yes it is a new company, there were problems last month as well with people waiting for payments. Surely priority should be given to everyone still awaiting payment not just those who post on a public forum, is it not worrying that there are other people who haven't received payment?

Sending money via Paypal should be instant, if not then it shouldn't take this long to come through. Don't see why I should wait yet another week for money that I expected to be paid last week.

I applied for the first time too. I had an email 2 days ago giving me the two jobs in my area so I would assume that they have been allocated by now.

Hi all .. Newbie Alert !!


I've done a number of shops now for various companies and firstly want to say thanks for the answers to lots of my (unvoiced) questions throughout this and previous MS threads.

I've come across some real numpties working in some of the places and some real stars. I've visited an appalling chicken shop and given an honest report that seems to have prevented me doing any more chicken runs! I've been spotted, abused, winked at and fed. I've learnt a few things about hayfever in a health food shop and been tempted to book a holiday in Ibiza. All great fun.

But, I have a question regarding GFK..... Is there a way to see a log of completed assignments?

I must admit, that I haven't scoured the darkest depths of these fora for the answer. If it's there somewhere and I should see it, I'll skulk away with my tail between my legs and never shall I bother you again.

the only time u will see your completed jobs willbe on your bi-monthly payment statement history in 'my details'

You can only see what payments have been made in previous months.

Go to My Details, then the bottom link in the grey box for payment history. That then lets you choose which month the payment was made along with the Job ID, client, etc.

As far as I know there is no way to see what is pending but they are very friendly so if its something recent you could give them a ring? HTH
