Grass Roots are fab aren't they - just had to cancel a job for today and tomorrow and they were so good about it; completely understanding when I said my little boy is ill and I can't do the jobs.
Wish there were more companies like them around.
Yep, I rarely do jobs for them as they don't come up in my area very often but had a job yesterday. The guidelines were excellent and the survey pretty straightforward. They just feel so friendly.
I only wish some of the other companies, particularly GfK would "borrow" a set of GR guidelines and see the style. I've pretty much given up GfK as I can never be bothered to sift the guidelines for what they want done from the threats.
Tern are very good if you have a problem with the shop too.0 -

14th would be my inclination - it's still what it says on the questionnaire. My suspicion is that they are inexperienced with sassie, so rather than make the questionnaire "editable" in advance, they've simply changed the shop dates.squidgeum wrote:They have to be one of the rudest MS companies! And it's changed so terribly quickly too. A year ago they were one of my best companies. That's what happens when you sell out to the Americans - I've yet to come across an american ms company that takes its shoppers seriously.0 -
Just picked up two ESA jobs my first ESA jobs, walking distance from my house woo hoo!0

Hi,
I am just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a job pending with react that says it has to be done today. Are we allowed to phone them to ask and if so does anyone know the number, because if it has to be done today I have to travel a bit to do it this afternoon. I am fairly new at all this so go gentle please!! Thanks0 -

I had absolutely the opposite experience with them this week. After I responded to a rather terse email after they cancelled some jobs (I had emailed them but they hadn't replied originally) they were charming and reinstated everything.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

The staff at React are lovely, you could try calling them on 01285 886563It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I like that tns thinks we are "confused" rather than acknowledging that they made a mistake
