Don't know if anyone has done one of the above for the above company. I did one today. It said on the paperwork that I had to leave the attraction, and then go in again 15 minutes later. However, I did not get chance to do this. It was a bit by bit visit (you go from section to section and you don't get chance to go back as the next lot would be in there etc) at the attraction and I was not allowed to leave halfway through. When I left at the end, I tried getting in again, but I was told I would need to buy another ticket, which I did not. Also, there was no catering section, and this was part of the visit.
Has anyone else ever found this? Hope I haven't messed up as it will be a very expensive mystery shop if they don't pay me. It clearly said in the paperwork they would only reimburse me for one ticket purchase. Had I have gone in again with another purchased ticket, that would have been out of my own pocket.
Someone come to stressed out MIMI1234's rescue please!
Hey I have done some of these what a lot of paperwork and even harder to enter.. Because mine didn't have catering but the paperwork INSISTS you input it so i uploaded a photo of a recipt again, also where it says 2 photos of things you like/dislike LOL i almost got thrown out as there was to be NO photography!!
Did you get certificates to hand out? I was able to leave but write the comments in your notes and note down if they were handing out the leaflet.when your imputting its ok to say no catering0 -

I've just returned home from completing several MS assignments in town.
One of the them was a camera store for GR and the case notes state If the staff member is not wearing a lanyard, please ask them for their name or a quotation at the end of your enquiry. Failure to get the staff member's name will result in non-payment for this assignment.
Guess what? I didn't get the staff members name! The staff member I dealt with was the only one not wearing a name lanyard and I tried several ways of obtaining their name during the conversation but I think she was determined to not give me her name (probably because she was rubbish!) I even asked her directly for her name which she wouldn't give, she just said that she was weekend staff and if I called in again any member of staff could help me!
I've emailed GR prior to completing the report so I can only hope that they accept the details of my visit. Although it may save me a lot of comments typing if they decide to not accept my report!
Grrrrrr!
Grass Roots are a very reasonable company and I would think they will be very sympathetic to your problem. However, it depends if the client will pay for a report without a name. If this is their requirement then it is possible that you won't especially as they have been so specific about it in the jobs notes.
I would enter your report so that it soes not get unassigned from you and as pp says, send a covering e mail. What more could you have done? Not a lot really if she refused to give her name!0 -
Hello
I accepted a job that involved a credit check but my son has told me that a credit check leaves a footprint on your file and too many checks actually affects your credit rating. Does anyone have any experience of this? Is there a way that the bank can remove the footprint after the mystery shop?
Thanks0 -

It doesn't generally look good if you have a number of credit checks done in a short space of time - it makes lenders think you might be taking on too much debt. However, one check every few months shouldn't be too much of a problem.0 -

OMG. Mine had no catering either. It was a shambles. I think the least they can do is tell you exactly what you will assess. Errr.
I have just pm'd you chick.0 -
