    Gotcha!!

Hey does anyone know.. for React.. I did a shoe joint... and I need to input the results but I can't obviously get posting right now as its a saturday and its Bank holiday... but What do i do about submitting the report it will be later then 8 hours?
Uhm ... Why can't you do it now? It's a Saturday - so what? I frequently do jobs abd reports on Saturdays and Sundays. Mystery shopping isn't a Monday - Friday 9-5 job it can be 24/7. I'm frequently still writing up reports into the small hours.

I would complete the report apart from the postage and save it to the system (React will be able to see that you have done this). I would also email them to say that this is what I had done. I have done this in the past and they have been OK with it.

The React jobs do not automatically deallocate when the 24 hours is up. I have had uncompleted jobs sitting in my shop log for up to 2 weeks after the due date.

Anyone sick of the burger jobs? About the receipt thing.

Assistant: Do you want a receipt?
    Me: Yes
Assistant looks at you like you're alien (or mystery shopper) and their manager quickly comes over and smiles and gets you the receipt cos every time I go into the burger places, the receipt machine either doesn't work or they don't know how to print off a receipt or it's jammed!

They seem to know instantly that I'm a mystery shopper just cos I want the receipt which is wrong.

Next time instead of confidently saying "yes" try nonchelantly saying, "could do", followed by a pause then, "actually yeah, yeah that's a good idea, I do want the reciept". Then you don't look like a person who's always come with the intention of getting a reciept, you look like you thought of a reason in hindsight.

  • I've a threatening automated email from the TNS sassie system telling me that if I don't schedule a date for my jobs within 49 hours of allocation they will be deallocated. For the life of me I can't find a way of scheduling a date. Normally on sassie I would just enter a date in the questionnaire and then save it, but TNS aren't even letting one "save" a questionnaire with content until the wave starts in a couple of weeks. Any suggestions?

Morning all, hope you're having a good bank holiday weekend!

I was planning a MS free day today as it's my birthday, although these travel surveys seem to be taking a litte longer than planned so looks like i'll be plowing through another 1 or 2 of them today. Oh well, at least I don't actually have to get out of bed to do them.

Finished my tax return yesterday as well. Although I don't know how right it was. Thanks again for your spreadsheet Monkey, it's been a huge help the last year and if I hadn't of had that last page to compare to my tax return i'd have been completely lost!

I got the same emails. And am at a loss as to how to set the date too.

I've used the "Contact Us" link on each job and emailed to give the date.

pay with a debit card,a receipt is more "normal" in those circs.
