lol yes they seem to struggle tp get people to do it here but they still wont let me do it more often! my parents live by the factory that makes most of the bras they sell in the bra shop and they have a factory shop. used to be able to buy all the bras for £5!

I use my iPhone as a dictaphone lol, and I find it easier to "wire up" as you say and record everything. I can concentrate on their body language and the visual stuff whilst the phone takes care of the exact wordings and timings.

At the gyp visit I went to in Nov they discussed holding all the reports to the end of the month instead of the shops getting them a couple of days after they happen like they do at the moment. Stops them getting complacent at the end of the month. Was that mentioned at all?

I've not found the iphone the best to use as a dictaphone unless you're speaking close to it. Do you use a wired microphone with it or just the built in one? With the built in one I never find the pick-up strong enough.

When I do dictaphone jobs I use a digital voice recorder and pin the tie-clip microphone inside my neckline and it picks up everything I need it to...

No that wasn't mentioned about them holding the reports but I think its perhaps a good idea!! I got the feeling from the forum that although we all made suggestions nothing will actually change :rotfl:

i feel the same.. and I don't understand why the company think we lie.. or why they have to question us.. like really im getting paid here soooo why would i make crud up??

Its like they want perfect scores alll the time.. little do they realize their queries can cost us money!

The burger co place very heavy emphasis on the MS scores - they affect staff bonuses so it's understandable that they get emotive about their scores.

However it has been noticed by burger HQ that some restaurants take the p*** with their complaints, one restaurant had even asked for the head of MS to clarify what the shopper meant by "the fries were greasy" :rotfl:
