MYSTERY SHOPPING THREAD XV - please, no mention of client names or fees on here

I did a fast food shop for Gap on here and I've just had an email saying they spotted me... (I had to get out of my car in a drive through and go back to the 1st window for a straw/receipt)

I have replied admitting that it was me - any idea what happens now? I'm very new at all this!

I have jobs going back to March this year, paid long ago, that still say booked in.

Thanks Jen_br, I thought that might happen. Luckily it's nowhere near my house and the service/food a bit rubbish so I wouldn't want to go back there anyway!

This is all a bit stressful...

I regularly do stuff for Retail Maxim. I know they now ask their shoppers to post in their receipts I have never been asked to email them one. Just give them a call tomorrow. They are really helpful.

Doesn't it just say "BOOKED IN" on the VAS system too? It never said how much one was going to be paid and when it was. They used to send a payment letter out once a month. I got one last month for doing a supermarket but that was on the old system. Not done any on the new one. They need to bring back the AREA MANAGERS!

I agree with Tractorgirl the coffee shops on Sassie are very strange. We had to because of train problems cancel one and whilst explaining about that also asked how we claimed the expenses. No response and they still have not been marked! They seem to have only a few jobs quite far between.

Have a look at the job notes. I've had to scan and email receipts for some jobs.

Just a quick note to thank everyone on these threads for the invaluable information and help. I've been MSing for a month now after getting advice and guidance from this thread. Mystery Shopping giving me the extra financial boost I need in these tricky times and I can't thank you enough for sharing your expertise.
