    That is not what it reads is it???
    So what do we upload at the end of the report if we haven't refunded on the same day, does anybody know please?

    I can get in fine. Just as well, got another 12 lists to do tomorrow for them!!!


    Got into it now I called them it was down for about 30 min!

    im glad too i had oodles to do for them lol.

    OK, people that have done the TNS coffee jobs on the Sassie system - has anyone got any payments showing?? I'm really very fed up with them.

    The one I did on 15th June says "Received" and has been given 8/10, but in the payment column it says £0.00 for everything.

    I did another one on 24th June and this still says "Completed" and the payment section still says "Up to £x.xx"

    The 3rd one I did last week, I couldn't get into to do the report, it already says "Completed" ... and surprisingly no replies to emails sent to ask what's happening with them!!!

    Never, ever will buy a coffee and cardboard wafer again!!!

    Yep. Can't decide if they're using the we'll all call ourselves the same name so no-one can moan or whether she does actually proof loads...

    PMSL. Poor love. I was just thinking if she reads all our reports, she must never sleep. They put DIY shops on TNS VAS today by the way.

    has everyone been given edig surveys today? just ordered my first item and have to say i will def do purchase and return again as it is not much more work than the survey :)

    I have just done my first visit for Retail Maxim and filled in the report online no problem. However I was not asked to upload a scan of my receipt, do I need to email it in or anything or do they not need it? I was asked for some numbers from it so that might be enough for them?

    Where do TNS payments show up? Ive done one today and one last week. They both just say "booked in" under visit status on the my visits pafe. Is that where it'll come up?
