I have only been working for RE for a few weeks and to be fair the amount of jobs is sufficient for my needs. I do find the questionnaires a bit long winded and sometimes in a very peculiar order, but I understand the process and it's what we get paid for. I am having major problems with the scanning of my reciepts. When I'm uploading they seem clear to me but nearly every one is getting sent back. They've even started deducting points now because of the query raised!
Is anyone else having problems with scans?

I gave up on scanning mine, I now use my digi camera, to photograph receipts. Change the camera settings to macro and the lowest resolution, sit it on my desk on a black/dark blue background with my desk lamp pointing at it and take the photo as close as I can without cropping it. Not had one returned recently from doing that.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

My scanner is not working so I photograph the receipt with my camera or my phone and then I crop it so that it is just the receipt that is showing. This seems to work fine because I haven't had any returned yet :)

My Samsung Tocco does the trick. Receipts show up really clear. Not had any queries re photos for a long time. Apart from a bed shop where the receipt was like an a4 piece of paper.

PS. What's up with RE this week? They ain't put anything new on, or any other agencies for that matter. I ain't got a single shop left to do now!

SOB! I have Monday off next week. What will I do? LOL.

PS. What is everyone doing with the hayfever tablets from the RE pharmacies? It's weird, as soon as I got the tablets my hay fever stopped. I didn't even take any of them.

PPS. Has anyone done any of the contact lens ones for TERN? OMG! The woman poked and prodded my eye, I felt like running out. I didn't think they would be that rough and tumble!!!

These are purchase visits so as part of this exercise; we need you to make a purchase at your designated store.

Please note all purchases must be paid for using a card, not cash and must be at least £25.00. Following the visit, you
can return to any xxxxxx store to obtain a refund (although we would prefer for the refund to be carried out on a
different day, you can return the item on the same day if no other option is available). The refund is not part of the
reporting process, we do however, require you to upload an image of your refund receipt, if you are unable to upload it,
please send it in to us within 24hrs of making the purchase.

is it me or does thta not make sense what if i return the items 3 days later??
i queried this and this is the reply i got

You can return the item to any XXXX store. We need the refund receipt (or original receipt if you are keeping the item) sending to us if you cannot scan it.

Is that what you were asking?

That is not what it reads is it???

REACT pay by BACS now. Update you Extended profile.

You can mention MS companies names (except ABA  or was it Amber Arch?) just do not mention the clients

Although it does also state that you need to let them know if you update your bank details as they are not automatically informed (probably doesn't apply as they will not have lifted the bank details on a payment run previously).
