You need to report the truth. As it is that bad, the hotel need to be aware of the problems so it can be sorted out.

Ah I think I know the one now! I did it in a large supermarket but I just got the normal fee. Didn't mind as I was in there anyway for someone else.

PS sorry about the rude avatar. I'm at a virtual hen party in another thread :o

I had to look twice at that Becs!!

I was thinking "Is this the lovely, sweet young lady I spoke to on the phone during our training?"

    Nah - can't be............................

I've got something for Charlotte BTW - I've had them in for ages & think it may be something she'll make use of.

From one of the Interiors I did and never got to use.................
    ;)

Well quite obviously my identity - I thought I'd made that quite clear (if you're lacking in the observation department I'd give msing a miss).

I do not have to identify myself just because you want me to - get over it

People only wanted to know which MS company you worked for - that's all...

No need to get rude and agressive...

Yes re not a student haha I couldn't do that one!

Thanks for the vote of confidence I have been snapping away photos but the hotel
has a prom on as well 200 students under my bedroom which has a leaking tap and broken things (16 bdrm place) sold out too

I wouldn't do it but I'm already checked in so I would have to pay its not so simple brain damage!

Trying to make the best of it but even the mattress in the bedroom is broke lol

    Actually it's Brian not Brain...

...and nobody forced you to take the job in the first place - if you're not happy doing it, don't accept it... as i said - simples!

Gosh you are nosey aren't you! Yes I'm on the front page (but that's all you’re getting)

I think it is very easy to only view this one sided.

I do appreciate what is required from our shoppers. I pilot all of my work personally to make sure it's actually do-able before releasing it to the masses (and I don't get paid anything for that). And I am regularly telling "people" no because it's not fair to ask that of you.

I can tell you that I have never reduced any fees (and I've been working here longer then I care to mention) and I even advise shoppers not to take work if I don’t believe it’s financially viable for them to do so.

I'm pretty certain that 90% of our shoppers have my direct contact details (you should hear some of the things I'm asked) and I am happy to help anyone that contacts me.
I have even be known to send hand written Christmas Cards to shoppers who have been outstanding (in my books), and that cost comes out of my own pocket (I realise that may have just identified me to some of you so if anyone on here has had a card off me, please don't mention it or you won't get another one ;)).

I'm not trying to paint myself as some kind of Exec Saint but just trying to show that just because we sit in an office it doesn't mean that we don't take shoppers into consideration - something that is not often reciprocated.

With the above taken into consideration, do you think it is fair that I constantly get shirty emails and phone calls with people shouting at me complaining that they feel it’s their God given right to be paid more then we’re offering, when the work is not even compulsory and you can just choose not to do it? (That’s not aimed at you directly btw)

Just thought i'd pop in to say HI ;)
IKNOW WHO U R as I was lucky enough to get that said XMAS CARD from u & there's probably about 1/2 dozen others on here who also know your identitiy.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
But ur secrets safe with us wink wink:A:A
  • If you don't have to send the actual receipt cant you tippex it out before photoing it?

If my memory serves me right, that may be an Irish client only. If my brain is now so addled by MSing, it could be anything!!:)

Either way, I think it's the name of a client, so you probably need to doctor your post.;)
sorry had a blonde moment! have deleted post as it wont make sense now = sorry
