Is there any chance you could, as a company, pull your act together. Or failing that give me my area manager back so that I have a buffer of pleasantness and common sense between me and randomers in a central office who won't even publish their phone number? (Not that that's stopped me from getting it...)

    WELL DONE MISS Q,
Let's open a book & i'll take the virtual bets lol.
Bet u know who it is ????????????????

Nope, no xmas cards for me. But I can take a very well educated guess.

PMSL. I'll have 50p on RE, please.

Easy money. If 90% of the shoppers on their books had this persons direct dial number then that's (tries to work it out on my fingers) a heck of a lot of people who can call them to ask what the new website is playing at! :rotfl:

not bothered if its RE then - no jobs in my area for ages!

Think this shows it could very well be RE with the crap fees
Haha, after that rant I don't think it'd be overly wise to name my employer!
But yes, it's pretty obvious I work for the one of the big mean companies who are always trying to rip msers off at every turn.

Seriously though, we are just trying to do our jobs the same as everyone else. I do not know of one agency that promotes M.Shopping as anything other than a pocket money earner (or no decent agency anyway).

Msers get to pick what work they want to do, if the fees not what they want - decline it. For us lot it's our day-in-day-out jobs :)

Quick question for all you knowledgeable folk! I've just completed my first job for Retail Active and understand that I need to send an invoice in order to get paid. Can I send the invoice straightaway or do I need to wait until my report has been proof read? Who do I email the invoice to? I've had a quick look on the Retail Active website but can't see any obvious email address.

    Thanks
