Och yes I know that but they are usually fairly local so there's no travelling. I hate filling in that silly accordion style thing too but apart from all that they are pretty good to work for :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
TractorGirl327 wrote: »No, you're not breaking your contract. But you are putting this entire thread in jeopardy by mentioning client names and fees. What does the title of the thread say? "Please, no mention of client names of fees on here". That is for a reason. Whether you work for Gap anymore or not, loads of people on here do, and you are being very irresponsible. So PLEASE remove them from your post.
I agree with you MG but you quoted the company names and fee in your post, can you remove them please!!!
:Sigh:i reported the post as abuse
I hardly think my post was abusive! Thanks for nothing!!!:mad::mad::mad:
Myself and lots of people before me have put a lot of time and effort into this thread and then stupid people put it in jeopardy by naming clients and discussing fees. If you think me telling them off for that is being abusive you should see me when I really get going!:eek::eek:We’ve had to remove your signature. Hi can I ask a quick question regarding car insurance whilst MSing? What do you tell them in terms of using the car for work as it's not one static place of work? Will you have to pay more for this?
You need Business Class 1 cover. It doesn't cost a lot extra, and some companies cover you for free. It's worth having for peace of mind in case something happens, and to save you having to tell lies if you did have an accident. It's well known that insurance companies will go through everything with a fine tooth comb to get out of paying up.TractorGirl327 wrote: »I hardly think my post was abusive! My day started well & I got a few shops done. Ended up with a stamp shop on the way back in a village I'm unfamiliar with. Got parked, went to the stamp shop only to find it closed with a note written on the door. Came back home, wrote my reports & let GAP know. Got an email back (quite impressed it was the same day!) to say send the photos by replying to the email. Email bounced so I've contacted GAP again. I'll probably get an email saying I should have submitted my results before I get another response.
*sits back and awaits sacking*
On another note, does anyone know who I contact at REACT to let them know of my change of bank details? I changed it on my profile but it says there that it isn't linked to their system so you need to inform them but it doesn't say how/who to inform.0 -
Hee! Finally heard back from Gap about the burger drive-through in a pedestrianised high street:
"Unfortunately, we no longer require you to complete this evaluation. Please do not proceed with this assignment as it has been cancelled from your account. "
So, no 'thank you for letting us know', no 'sorry, we messed up' - nothing. I think they ought to pay me for helping them out there!I'm broke, not poor. Poor sounds permanent, broke can be fixed. (Thoroughly Modern Millie)

Can anyone advise on the Gap site? I'm banned/sacked but I haven't done anything.
A few years ago maybe 4-5 I used to do the food shops for them. Never had any problems but I abandoned it. Still had the old password so used that to log in to the account which had been inactive for a very long time and they emailed me to say the account was cancelled.
Then I re-registered using a different email but that account got cancelled within 2 days. How do they know it's me? Do they log IP addresses or something? The petrol shops would be perfect for me....
The same thing happened to me. I emailed them and asked them if they could re-activate my a/c as I enjoyed doing the fast food jobs(!) Some time later (I don't remember exactly) they phoned me one day and were lovely and re-activated my account for me. Not big fees I know but it is free food when I am out doing other jobs. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
