Abai is still down and I need to enter results
It says enter results the same day but will it matter if I do it in the morning?

GfK - if you are reading, take note. Your instructions for what should be a straightforward assignment are complicated and unclear.
And do any of your shoppers really need guidance that in the box for "time of email" we should "state the time you sent your email". Stop killing trees padding out the instructions with pages of this rubbish and threats over mistakes.
In a bad mood, me?Mortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000
Now: £173,2290 -

If you release a job, I don't think you can see it again although others can.partyprincess wrote: »Abai is still down and I need to enter resultsIt says enter results the same day but will it matter if I do it in the morning?
I think it should be ok. It's not your fault their website is down and I don't think it takes overdue assignments off you.
I messed up my reports last night. I did phone shop 1 and phone shop 2. I merrily entered the report for PS1 and hit submit then realised when I went to enter PS2 that I'd put PS1 results on PS2's report
Waited and rang them this morning and got the form reset and they were ok about me submitting both jobs this morning instead. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Been reading the posts about these jobs and a bit concerned. I started 3 email jobs last week and have 6 email and 2 telephone jobs scheduled for next week. I read it as one email and one telephone call to any individual organisation. Now I'm not sure. Can see how it could be one email and one telephone call altogether. Have emailed them to say their instructions aren't clear, please clarify as I'm doing nothing else until they do. Will let you know any reply I get.0

I've also been keeping an eye on the posts about these jobs, and it seems like none of us are getting the same story from Gfk.
I picked up a customer call, a customer email and a non customer email for 05 June, then another customer call and another non customer email for 07 June (all different companies). I went into panic, after reading and re-reading the restrictions.
I happened to be talking to someone at GfK on 07 June and voiced my concerns that I had self-allocated too many of these jobs. I was reassured that I had not. I was told that I can do as many as I like as long as they are all different organisations. It was confirmed that the restrictions per week apply to individual organisations (i.e. only one customer job and one non customer job per organisation per week), and I can only do one job of each scenario.
Well, that's what I was told, so that's what I'm sticking to unless there is a good reason to do otherwise.:p
I will carry on watching to see what everyone else is being told ....0 -
This is what is confusing as if you re-read what they are saying you can only have one customer and one non customer to ANY organization in ANY given week... (one must be call and one email)
I dunno its pretty silly why can't we do multiple emails and calls...0 -

I agree with that. But what GfK told me was that it was one customer and one non customer job with EACH organisation in EACH week.0 -
Just had a look and Ive got 13 jobs pending on RE.The shame of it.
I wouldnt mind but it must come to about £19 in fees.;)
Can anyone beat that?0 -
Just a quick question. I'm thinking of joining GFK or ESA. Which one is better? Which one has more jobs? Which one pays better? Thanks in advance peeps.0
