oh and mega annoyed the other night. Some donut released a job I reserved with AbAi at 1am - so guess who got an email about it AT 1AM???:mad::mad::mad:

I leave my mobile on vibrate at night for emergencies so wasn't happy when it buzzed, thinking it was family in trouble or something and then to see it was that!

The person must have then got it back again just to give themselves more time and now they've released it again!

Dont even go there. Somebody has now released the job i have on reserve THREE times
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

I had the same with a job recently where I was suppose to pick up a leaflet however, the guy refused to give me one. I kept saying that I needed it to look at the info and discuss with my hubbie but he was having none of it.
The MS company of course queried this and said I would not be paid as in the brief it said to get a leaflet. However, after serveral emails and terse discussions I pointed out that short of snatching the leaflet out of his hands there was no way I was getting the thing and that actually it showed that the guy was not following the brief. I am being paid and it has been cleared.
It was only a small fee but it was the principle of the matter!

I queried the blurred receipt with RE this afternoon, and when I've gone to upload a new one tonight the message has gone. I can only assume they looked again and decided it was okay.

I'm panicking about the audit now, the list just looks so long. The brief says it should take about 2 hours, but if its a first audit it might take 3-3 1/2 :undecided
Moving onto a better place...Ciao

This one is still there and its been there since lunchtime - I would do it but its the other side of town and due to the wait to return said item I can't justify waiting around!

Littleoldme, yes Esa phoned about the chemist jobs as well. Being newish to this I always try to oblige but on this occasion I just could not, he started questioning how far the distance was and was not happy when I refused. They were the other end of the county!
No Matter what you do there will be critics.

is the audit for home furnishings?

If so, first one will def take you more than 3 hours, I do them monthly and takes me just under 2 hours.

    A few tips:
sizings on bedding go top to bottom (single at top)
Curtains: (it is generally the 'turquoise and light green' sizes you are looking for.
All ranges and displays are colour coded

*All of these mean nothing till you start doing it, then hopefully it will all become clear.

PM me if you need more help, will give you more help than I can on here!

That's odd. I got two phonecalls of two people. I was waiting for them to try and convince me, then margin for more money. I said I couldn't do it and they just said ok.

Thanks Scottie's. If that's the case I think I'll do that one in the afternoon as I only have 3 and a quarter hours in the morning, from when they open, until I go to work. I wonder if they'd mind if I did half, went to work, then went back to do the other half :rotfl:

The first time I did this audit it took me over 4 hours so when I was offered it as a regular monthly job I turned it down as I didn't think I would ever be able to do it in under 2 hours.
This particular store was absolutely crammed with stock and not very well laid out.
Plus it was in an area with no loos and 2 hour maximum parking.
